Job Description:

1. Manage ops team inventory
2. Coordinate flow and schedule with sales
3. Ensure health and regulation are followed
4. Support all functions of business to work together
5. Review workloads and manpower to ensure targets are met
6. Maintain a keen eye on team budget for purchases

Job Requirements:

1. Long working hours to ensure production is met on time; hands-on ops needed
2. No base pay; compensation will be based on production level payout
