TECHM Solution Pte. Ltd. seeking a User Lifecycle Analyst to drive user engagement, retention, and lifetime value (LTV) through data-driven strategies. This role focuses on analyzing customer behavior, optimizing the user journey, and implementing targeted retention initiatives to maximize user activity and long-term platform loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze user lifecycle data to identify behavioral patterns, churn risks, and engagement opportunities.
• Develop and execute personalized retention, reactivation, and loyalty strategies to enhance LTV.
• Design and implement targeted communication strategies to overcome psychological barriers preventing potential clients from making their first deposit.
• Work closely with marketing automation specialists to integrate psychological triggers and behavioral nudges into email campaigns and onboarding sequences.
• Create user segmentation models based on trading behavior, activity level, and engagement trends to tailor marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and product teams to optimize lifecycle campaigns, including onboarding, engagement, and win-back strategies.
• Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to evaluate lifecycle strategies, messaging, and promotional offers.
• Track and optimize key lifecycle metrics such as activation rate, churn rate, reactivation rate, and conversion rates.
• Able to use data tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or BI platforms to generate insights and actionable recommendations.
• Work closely with data teams to enhance predictive models for churn and retention. • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to refine user lifecycle management approaches.
• Develop localized lifecycle strategies that consider cultural differences in financial decision-making and risk perception.
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in user lifecycle analysis, retention marketing, CRM, or growth strategy, preferably in FX, fintech, or financial services.
• Strong analytical skills with a passion for data-driven decision-making or proposing plan.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
• Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies, customer segmentation, and behavioral analytics.
• Ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies that drive engagement and retention.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with marketing, product, and data teams.
• Language: Fluency in English.
