User Experience Designer - Information System

Responsibilities

Team Introduction
Information System is based on the needs of the company's internal system construction and responsible for the planning and construction of internal human resources, workplace service, finance, legal affairs, procurement, approval and other internal systems, demand and project management, information security management, system configuration, operation and maintenance of the company.

Job Description:

1. Responsible for product design for the Corporate Information System Department, from user research, market analysis, interaction prototyping, visual design output to design implementation, ensuring the balance between product experience and business goals.
2. Collaborate closely with product and engineer teams, participate in product strategy formulation, provide innovative design strategies based on user insights, and drive experience optimization for complex functional modules.
3. Identify pain points in user experience, develop quantifiable improvement plans, and continuously track and iterate on design after launch.
4. Establish and maintain a design system, component library, and interaction guidelines. Summarize design methodologies and enhance overall design efficiency and quality.
5. Design and optimize enterprise products from a global perspective, considering different cultural, linguistic, and functional needs.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

1. At least 5 years of experience in UX design, with experience in either Customer-end or Business-end product design.
2. Strong professional capabilities in international design, with an emphasis on design details.
3. Knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX design, with a focus on global applicability.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Solid visual design skills are preferred.
2. Ability to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in user experience across different regions and markets.
