Used Car Sales Executive Job Description:

Selling pre-owned vehicles to customers, providing excellent customer service, and building long-term relationships with customers. Our used car sales team can cross-sell brand new and other services such as car rental!

Responsibilities:

1. Respond to customer whatsapp / phone enquiries and make appointments for viewing.
2. Assist and serve walk-in customers for viewing and selection of used cars.
3. Build rapport with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable vehicles.
4. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of vehicle features, specifications, and benefits.
5. Conduct customers test drives to showcase vehicle performance.
6. Guide customers through the sales process, including negotiations, financing, and paperwork.
7. Provide excellent after-sales service.

You must have:

1. A Class 3 Driving License.
2. Experience in Sales / Customer Service (Car Sales background is highly advantageous).
3. An extensive good network of contacts would be advantageous.
