[US MNC] 6 Months Contract Finance/ Account Assistant (Up 3K) #HJC

Salary: $2500-2800 (Basic) + $180 (Transport Allowance)

Looking for candidates to start: Beginning Apr 2025 - Mid Sept 2025

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the bank statement reconciliation, ensuring the accuracy of records and its on-time delivery.
2. Assist in the review of collections and alert outstanding accounts to sales teams to ensure timely payment of receivables.
3. In charge of creation and maintenance of vendor records in the database, as well as reconciliation of supplies statements.
4. Validate and process staff claims and invoices, ensuring that they are paid duly and charged to appropriate accounts.
5. Assist Controller on any ad-hoc tasks assigned.
