Roles & Responsibilities:
Oversee trade finance operations, including letters of credit, trade finance facilities, and various financial instruments.
Engage with banks and financial institutions to secure advantageous terms for trade transactions.
Supervise finance documents to ensure adherence to stipulated terms and conditions.
Handle documentation for trade finance transactions, such as letters of credit, bills of exchange, discounting, and shipping documents.
Examine variances and trends to pinpoint potential cost savings and efficiency enhancements.
Offer insights and recommendations to the CFO and management team based on financial analysis.
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements related to international trade, finance, and shipping.
Identify and manage financial risks linked to trade transactions, currency fluctuations, and market volatility.
Manage bank relationships and current facilities, and seek new banking lines.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Crude Oil Trade Finance.
Experience with Crude Oil Letters of Credit.
