[Urgent] Senior/ Executive, HR & Admin

Responsibilities

• Administering end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits management, and employee relations
• Providing HR advisory services to managers and employees on various HR policies and procedures
• Coordinating and organising HR-related events, training, and team-building activities
• Maintaining accurate employee records and HRIS systems
• Handling administrative tasks, such as office management, procurement, and vendor management
• Supporting the implementation of HR initiatives and projects to drive organisational effectiveness

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a generalist HR or administrative role, preferably in the consulting or HR services industry
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, and compliance
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
• Proficient in MS Office applications and HRIS systems
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset
• A team player with the ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively

Requirements

• Bachelor/ Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent
• At least 2-3 years of HR Generalist or HR operations experience, preferably from FMCG/ Retail industry background
• Candidate who is able to start work within short notice will be an added advantage
