Lead the development and execution of comprehensive brand and product marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maximizing revenue and engagement across the customer funnel.
Spearhead social content strategy across all channels, optimizing for awareness, conversion, and engagement.
Create short video content for TikTok & Instagram Reels, including conceptualizing, filming, and editing.
Stay abreast of industry trends and developments, ensuring our content remains fresh, relevant, and ahead of the curve.
Host and manage livestreams on social media platforms for launches and online sales, engaging and communicating face-to-face with the camera and audience.
Develop and manage partnerships with KOLs/creators, media titles, other brands, as well as other stakeholders from conception to execution.
Craft clear and compelling copy for various mediums, including social media, blog posts (for SEO optimization), and newsletters.
eCommerce Strategy Planning & Execution:
Work closely with the eCommerce team in developing and executing growth strategies across all online channels to drive business growth, including eStore, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
Assist in the management of the day-to-day operations on eStore and marketplaces, including the updating of storefronts, order management and resolution of customer enquiries.
Responsible for monthly reports analyzing brand and competitor performance, offering insights and identifying growth opportunities.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
A good degree or diploma in business, marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in a 360-marketing role – encompassing public relations, communications, and digital marketing, ideally within the FMCG / beauty industry.
Keen interest in digital marketing & eCommerce.
Genuine passion for and up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, particularly on platforms like TikTok and Instagram, with a keen interest in creating and editing short-form video content, as well as hosting livestreams for social video marketing.
Meticulous attention to detail, resourcefulness, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong proficiency in English (both written and spoken) required, with copywriting skills a plus.
Basic proficiency in spoken and written Chinese preferred for effective communication with overseas counterparts.
Previous experience in live-streaming, hosting, or sales is advantageous.
Sales-driven, customer-centric, creative, and problem-solving skills are essential.
Strong aesthetic flair, and preferably with basic skills in Adobe Illustrator, or online image-editing software such as Photopea, to manage any urgent edits to artwork.
