*URGENT* Senior Accountant - Pharma MNC, UP TO $9K #HXY

Responsibilities:

1. Preparation of statutory financial statements

2. Regular reconciliation of US and local GAAP ledgers to ensure integrity of data.

3. Conduct balance sheet reviews periodically.

4. Interpret and roll out local accounting policy/standards.

5. Support Finance Director in execution of local statutory audits.

6. Plan and co-ordinate audit schedule with external auditors and internal departments.

7. Execute audit plan by ensuring timelines are met.

8. Perform miscellaneous reporting filings.

9. Tax responsibilities.

10. Ad hoc assistance on VAT related matters.

11. Ensure accurate and consistent accounting of all taxes.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting. ACCA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent qualifications is a plus.

2. Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in accounting, planning and financial analysis.

3. Experience working at an accounting firm is preferred.

4. Experience with SAP required.
