Urgent! Sales Support Executive

(WEST) - near Tuas West Road MRT

Responsibilities:

1. Manage ex-stock list and record incoming and outgoing stocks.
2. Fetch sales enquiries, discuss clients’ needs and propose concepts, products & solutions.
3. Negotiate price and project timelines with customers.
4. Follow up closely on job orders with clear and concise communications with productions.
5. Ensure stock inventory list is accurate and up-to-date at all times.
6. Support sales team with processing quotation, sales order & filing.
7. Attend to customer enquiries, follow-up and maintain good relationship with customer.
8. Coordinate orders and lead time with operations team.
9. Participate in sales & marketing meetings to provide update on feedback from customer.
10. Achieve team target and provide back up to other team members when they are away.
11. Ensure correct billing information with accounts receivable & provide support in recovering outstanding bills.
12. Attend site visits, build rapport with customers, providing consultation and sales support.
13. Ensure successful outcome of transactions, contracts and proposals.
14. Keep abreast of industry trends and news and ensure product offerings are updated and relevant.
15. Any other related task and ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Possess Diploma / Certificate
2. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
3. Good communication skills (Spoken and Written)
4. Meticulous, highly organized and team-player.
5. Self-driven, adaptive and interpersonal skills.
