!URGENT! Oncology Pharmacist Manager (Central, Up to $9k!) #HRY

Job summary

You will be working as a Clinical Pharmacist specializing in oncology and will apply specialist topic knowledge to elevate quality assurance across the company’s ASEAN portfolios. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders will be key in your role to improve pharmacy practice. You will provide clinical governance and operational management by performing distributive, clinical, educational, informational, and supervisory functions for the oncology and pharmacy processes across sites.

Responsibilities

• Proactively strengthen decision support, clinical governance mechanisms, quality control systems, data analytics, and clinical delivery systems to enable safer, person-centred healthcare in clinical oncology pharmacy processes.
• Collaborate with international and Singapore personnel, quality teams, and organization leaders to establish best pharmacy practice.
• Collect and prepare workload statistics and other reports as assigned by the Senior Manager.
• Manage a team of pharmacy technicians at the Centres.
• Manage pharmacy training and education.
• Provide concise, applicable, and timely responses to requests for drug information from health care providers and health care workers.
• Participate in departmental performance improvement programs.
• Be the responsible person on the wholesale and import licences and oversee the sales and transactions.
• Perform any duties as assigned by the Senior Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (Pharmacy) or equivalent.
• Registered as a Pharmacist with Singapore Pharmacy Council.
• 3-5 years of working experience with at least 2 years working experience in oncology.
