URGENT! Manufacturing Engineer (MNC / Perm Night / 5k)

Job highlights:

• 12 hours shift work (Perm day/Perm night)

• Pick up service provided (Woodland, Jurong East, Tampines)

• Up to 5k + AWS + VB + Shift Allowance

Job responsibilities:

• Lead a team of line leaders and operators to achieve daily production targets, ensuring quality, productivity, and yield goals are met.

• Hold daily pass-down meetings and escalate any production issues as needed.

• Oversee manpower scheduling, overtime management, and consumables planning.

• Ensure compliance with manufacturing and safety protocols.

• Provide training and coaching to leaders and operators to enhance their performance.

• Implement strategies and improvement initiatives to reduce human errors.

• Maintain discipline and cleanliness on the production line.

• Collaborate with other departments to support projects, evaluations, and preventive maintenance activities within the facility.

Job requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Science, Production, manufacturing

• Preferably experienced in high-tech or high-volume manufacturing environments.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to work shift work (perm morning or night shift).
