Urgent! Logistics & Warehouse Executive (Manufacturing / MNC / Leadership)

(Tuas South) - (transport provided at j cube at 7:50am, start work at 8.30am)

Responsibilities:

• Perform order fulfilment including order entry, order tracking and follow up on billings.
• Liaise with forwarders and third party logistics providers.
• Close coordination / follow up on incoming & outgoing shipments / delivery with suppliers, forwarders & internal / external customers.
• Provide general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, generate reports and documentation.
• Provide administrative support duties.
• Handle incoming calls and attend to visitors.
• Handle daily in-coming & out-going mail / faxes, and to coordinate on delivery, collection and receiving.
• Warehouse management.
• Generate Non-Stock Purchase Order.
• Undertake any ad-hoc duties from time to time.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE “A” level or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years experience in logistics field.
• Able to multi-task and work with minimal supervision is essential.
• Demonstrate initiative, flexibility, energy and a strong work ethic.
• Be time managed, organized and demonstrate high levels of attention to detail.
• Sound working knowledge in MS Office applications.
