URGENT!

Interior design and on-site supervision.

Experience in F&B (food & beverage) shop design and renovation supervision.

Short Notice

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and develop creative interior design ideas based on client requirements and project scope.

• Prepare mood boards, 2D layout plans, and 3D visualizations to present design concepts.

• Select materials, finishes, furnishings, lighting, and décor to match the design theme and budget.

• Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle to ensure design intent is met.

• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, provide design direction, and ensure quality of workmanship.

• Manage space planning, layout optimization, and functional design considerations.

• Prepare detailed construction drawings and specifications for tender and execution.

• Coordinate with project managers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

• Stay updated on design trends, sustainable materials, and industry innovations.

Requirements:

• Minimum diploma in design.

• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience and site experience.
