*URGENT* HR Manager - Perm, up to $6K+ #HXY

Responsibilities:

• Deliver people management systems
• Lead and manage HR initiatives
• Collaborate with management to anticipate workforce needs and develop strategies
• Oversee key annual HR processes
• Develop and drive learning and development activities to ensure that staff are developed to their fullest potential

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of human resource manager experience
• Prior experience in events / mice industry is an advantage
