*URGENT* CONTRACT / PERM CLINIC ASSISTANT (Training provided, 5.5 days) #HFT

No experience needed as on job training will be provided.

Location: Islandwide
Salary: $2000 - 3000
Working hours: Monday to Friday office hours (sometimes 5.5 days)

Job Scope:

• Perform frontline operations that includes registration/appointment scheduling/referral booking and cashiering duties when needed.
• Attend to walk-in and phone enquiries.
• Perform chaperon activities and assist in explaining the procedures to patients.
• Support doctors in language translation when needed.
• Proper maintenance of patients' records and drug inventory.
• Ensure proper maintenance of clinic facility for cleanliness and positive image.
• Adhere to SOPs and perform routine checks/audits within the clinic.
• Responsible for daily operations matters, including collating and compiling patient management indicators.
• Assist in coverage of other facilities when required.

Requirement:

• Minimum GCE N/O/A level/Nitec/Diploma.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Keen interest in the healthcare/medical industry.
• Able to commit from immediate basis or within short notice.
