URGENT ! Cleaning Supervisor (Changi/5 days/good working environment)

Job Description:

1. Collaborate with the Resident Manager & Assistant Managers to establish standard operating procedures for ground operations.
2. Inspect daily tasks performed by ground staff.
3. Employ a coaching approach to reinforce SOPs with ground staff: supervisors and housekeeping staff.
4. Mentor new staff during orientation.
5. Implement skills enhancement programs for ground staff to boost performance.
6. Update training schedules for cases of non-conformance and monitor improvements to bridge skills gaps.
7. Coordinate and conduct training sessions on safety, quality, and environmental subjects.
8. Undertake any other assigned ad-hoc tasks by the Manager.

Job Requirements:

1. Possess a minimum Diploma/Degree in a relevant field of study and be open to training.
2. Ideally, have 2 years of experience in conducting QA/QC checks.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.).
4. Capable of working independently and thriving under pressure.
5. A team player who can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
6. Willing to work shifts and overtime occasionally.
7. Good communication skills are preferred.
