Job Descriptions:
Lead daily operations of the workshop and parts department to ensure efficient workflow and timely service delivery.
Monitor technician productivity, service lead times, and job card management to improve performance.
Ensure DMS utilization for real-time tracking and reporting.
Achieve high customer satisfaction (CSI) through structured service processes and quality controls.
Develop customer retention initiatives such as service packages, follow-up campaigns, and loyalty programs.
Drive profitability through upselling, service packages, parts and accessory sales, and optimized labor rates.
Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and monthly performance reviews.
Analyze department P&L and implement cost control measures.
Ensure timely availability of fast-moving and critical parts.
Manage inventory levels to reduce dead stock while avoiding parts shortages.
Collaborate with the parts team to support both internal workshop and retail sales.
Ensure compliance with all manufacturer guidelines including service processes, warranty procedures, and audits.
Maintain excellent relationships with representatives and participate in dealership network reviews.
Lead, train, and develop service advisors, technicians, and parts personnel.
Create a performance-driven environment with clear targets and recognition.
Minimum 5 - 8 years of experience in aftersales management within an authorized dealership (preferably multi-brand or premium brand).
Strong knowledge of workshop operations, parts logistics, and service processes.
Proven leadership and financial acumen.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
