Responsibilities:

1. Workflow improvement
2. RPA Development/ Automation
3. Prepare & arrange payments and sales revenue entries for vendors & customers
4. Prepares Australia monthly accounts
5. Assist manager in Australia accounting matters
6. Prepares corporate income tax with tax agent
7. Assist in various audits and surveys
8. Other ad-hoc duties as required and/or assigned
9. Assist Accounting Managers for monthly closing, auditing and so on.
10. Supports in electronic approval system user’s enquiries, change request, etc.
11. Prepares accounting entries for monthly closing
12. Handle/Manage time to time requests from the Managers
13. Assume other related supporting roles and duties which may be assigned, including the covering of other Finance & Accounting staff’s duties in her/his absence

Requirements:

1. Diploma and/or Degree in Accounting/Finance or Equivalent
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
3. Strong working knowledge of accounting/general ledger/book-keeping
4. Experience in developing Robotics Process Automation and using SAP Hana is an advantage
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Macro/MS Word/Excel-know V look-up & pivot table)
6. Able to start work immediately or within short notice period
