Urgent! Accounts Executive - (Jurong Island / MNC)JL18

Location - Jurong Island

Transport provided - company bus provided at Jurong East

Working hrs: 8.30am to 5.15pm, 5 days work

Compensation: Basic + AWS + VB + Transport Allowance + Site Allowance

Responsibilities:

1. Supervisory role and provide guidance to accounts assistance.
2. Outgoing payment check before submitting for approval and to check and ensure journal entry properly recorded in company books.
3. Liaise with Tax agent for company Corporate Income Tax computation and to assist on other tax matters (e.g., S45 withholding tax).
4. Perform monthly CO costing closing process using SAP system.
5. Assist in monthly management report analysis and prepare monthly management report under supervision of Finance Manager.
6. Review and submit GST to IRAS quarterly and assist Finance Manager on interim and year-end audit matters.
7. Assist Finance Manager with coordination work, stock take reconciliation, and perform annual physical stock count activities.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or its equivalent is necessary.
• Minimum 3-5 years working experience in accounting field is required.
• Experience in a manufacturing firm is preferable.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is compulsory.
• Experience with SAP accounting system is required.
• Preference for candidates with short notice or immediate availability.
• High responsibility, team player with good initiative and interpersonal skills.
