Up to S$2,400! Gallery Art Sales Associate @ Central

Salary: $2400 + Commission

Working hours: Tuesday to Saturday (10am – 7pm)

Location: Tanglin Road & Armenian Street
- Flexible to travel between 2 galleries (subject to business needs)

The gallery is closed on Sunday and Monday.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct sales of artwork and designs.
2. Use social media and other online/offline channels to engage potential clients and cultivate a community of art enthusiasts.
3. Oversee daily gallery operations, including maintenance and general upkeep.
4. Stay well-informed about current exhibitions to effectively communicate artistic themes and ideas to visitors.
5. Build client relationships by keeping potential buyers updated on relevant works and exhibitions tailored to their interests.
6. Provide a top-tier customer experience by delivering personalized and exceptional service at all times.
7. Assist with the setup and management of gallery exhibitions, openings, and events.
8. Handle customer inquiries and manage all client communications.
9. Process sales transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
10. Support inventory management by monitoring and recording stock levels.
11. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager or General Manager.

Requirements:

1. Diploma in Art History, Fine Arts, Arts Management, or related field.
2. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar function and industry.
3. Passionate about modern, contemporary art and design.
4. Energetic individual highly skilled in customer service.
5. Able to commit to work on weekends.
