Up to $8,500/Manager/ Senior Manager, Finance Analyst (IFRS) REF:TYL

Location: Jurong Town Hall Road

Working hours: Mon-Fri/ 8am – 5pm

Roles & Responsibilities

The Finance Analyst will be responsible for providing support and assistance to the Assistant Vice President, Finance on overseeing the financial management reporting of the SEA & I group companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and consolidate SEAI Group and Company post-closing analysis monthly, quarterly, yearly management reporting and presentation materials.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret historical and current financial data of Company and Group performance with detailed financial status reports.
• Assist the Assistant Vice President with the following:

1. Collate Group companies monthly reporting package for monthly management P&L review.
2. Quarterly forecasting process for SEAI group companies.
3. Prepare annual budget for SEAI group companies.
4. Manage working capital for SEAI group companies.

• Assist, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor business performance.
• Collaborate with group companies to ensure accurate reporting.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain the integrity of financial data.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Assistant Vice President, Finance.

General Requirements

• Degree in Accounting & Finance
• At least 5-8 years in financial accounting with managerial experience in financial analysis
• Experience handling regional responsibilities.
• Good working knowledge of IFRS, Consolidation, Taxation
• Good SAP knowledge
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and financial software
• Good interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to interact with regional teams and cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently and inter-dependently
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
