Up to $4,500 | Senior Executive - Integrated Facilities (Sports Facilities)

Working Period:

• 12 Months Contract
• Monday - Friday
• 9am - 6.30pm

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Maintain facilities of assigned Sport Centres in good, safe, and ready conditions for operation.
• Liaise with internal staff and external contractors to plan work schedules.
• Assist in managing the service contractors to carry out works within Sport Centres’ Facilities.
• Ensure all preventive maintenance and ad hoc repairs are carried out promptly and safely.
• Monitor the upkeeping of the facility and ensure safety.
• Manage budget forecasts, track expenses, and process payments for progress claims.
• Ensure that all documentation is done and properly maintained.

Assist in the enhancement of Sport Centres’ Facilities:

• Assist in managing & coordinating upgrading projects (planning, execution to final completion).
• Recommend and implement works and procedures that enhance building operations, customer satisfaction, experiences, and engagement.
• Work with various stakeholders on user requirements.
• Drive innovation and green initiatives, technology adoption; IoT and Data analytics.
• Assist or manage any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Property & Facilities Management
• Experience in FM Maintenance Management and procurement knowledge would be an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Good working knowledge and understanding of maintenance and contracts.
• Ability to multi-task and inspire people at all levels towards a common goal.
