Position: Project Officer
Provide administrative support for Research & Engagement programmes:
Assist in managing grant applications and enquiries
Track projects and update master list
Assist in grant promotion through digital channels and events
Maintain master list of scheduled articles and track submissions
Liaise with relevant parties to secure image copyrights
Coordinate with external writers and manage payments
Process bookings and billing for school and public engagement programmes
Coordinate digital game dissemination to schools
Assist in preparing materials for programme-related presentations at meetings
Salary: Up to $3600
Working Hours: 9am – 6pm

Minimum requirement: Diploma or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with digital communication tools

Ability to coordinate logistics for events and programs, ensuring timely delivery of materials
