Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance, analyze logs, and implement solutions to improve performance and reliability.
Security Management: Apply patches, monitor vulnerabilities, and ensure Unix systems meet security and compliance standards.
Automation: Develop and maintain scripts (e.g., Shell, Python) to automate repetitive tasks and enhance system efficiency.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues across Unix systems.
Backup & Recovery: Design, implement, and manage backup and disaster recovery strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with DevOps, network teams, and application developers to support infrastructure requirements.
Documentation: Maintain up-to-date system documentation, procedures, and configurations.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience with [specific Unix OS like Red Hat Enterprise Linux, CentOS, Solaris, etc.].
