UIUX Project Executive

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Gathering business requirements and turning them into detailed technical requirements
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Track outstanding deliverables, milestones and change requests
• Handle multiple software projects through entire lifecycle
• Present regular project status upgrades
• Ensure all elements of online user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness and visual design
• Producing high quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, user flow, process flow, user story, storyboards, site maps, style guides and prototypes.
• Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
• Collaborating with sales and marketing team to ensure the delivery of projects.
• Competency in AI tools

Requirements:

• Working understanding of software fundamentals and how software gets built
• At least 1 year of project management work experience preferred, including Agile experience.
• Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, Laravel & Magento.
• A team player but can work independently too.
• Can communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills, including conflict resolution skills
