Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing digital experiences for our products. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, UI design trends, and usability best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• User Interface Design : Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for websites, web applications, mobile apps, and other digital products, ensuring consistency and brand alignment.
• User Experience Design : Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights, and translate these findings into wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to optimize the overall user experience.
• Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define design requirements and create solutions that meet business goals and user needs.
• Prototyping and Wireframing : Develop low and high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to demonstrate design concepts and functionality.
• Design Iteration : Iterate designs based on feedback from users, stakeholders, and testing to ensure the product meets the highest usability and aesthetic standards.
• Design Systems : Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems, ensuring consistency across multiple platforms.
• Stay Updated : Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our designs are modern and competitive.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, Interaction Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, InVision, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility best practices.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering user feedback.
• Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present and articulate design ideas clearly to stakeholders.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management skills.
• A passion for solving complex design problems and creating innovative, user-focused solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience with motion design or animation is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
