Candidate Qualities:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in arts or design, or equivalent professional experience as a UX/UI designer.
2-5 years of experience in UX/UI design, with proficiency in various graphic software.
A strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
Familiarity with wireframe tools (e.g., Wireframe.cc, InVision).
Proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
Strong time-management abilities.
To be proficient in: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Jira.
Desirable skills: Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
