UBS Bond Port, Credit Sales Trader

We're looking for a Credit Sales Trader for UBS Bond Port who will:

1. work closely with the institutional salesforce to identify trading and client opportunities
2. develop relationships with clients through direct sales, trading and execution service
3. understand the importance of regulation and diligence in providing timely and effective execution of client orders
4. maximize opportunities by exploring cross-border and cross-business opportunities with clients and other stakeholders
5. be analytical and innovative in approach, taking an active role in developing and growing the business

Your team
You will be working in Singapore in the Bond Port team, one of four small but highly skilled and diverse desks spread across the globe operating as a single team in a 22-5, 'follow the sun' model, responsible for direct platform sales, enabling connectivity, client acquisition, liquidity sales, business/technology development and much more.

Your expertise

1. minimum 1-2 years of experience and exposure to risk management, handling client relationships and trade flow within the credit fixed income world
2. confident in analyzing data such as electronic trade flows, staying solid under pressure
3. you should be a proven communicator, able to build strong internal and external relationships
4. your work style should embody accuracy, diligence, a focus on details and compliance
5. fluent in English. Business level proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese would be a plus to facilitate servicing Greater China Clients
6. some level of coding skills would also be beneficial
