JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Work with editorial team to capture high quality, storytelling photos
2. Select and edit photos to feature in news, stories, photo albums and exhibitions
3. Manage Instagram and develop engaging content according to a content marketing strategy
4. Select, archive and backup photos according to the guidelines
5. Plan and arrange volunteers for event photography
6. Provide basic photography training and feedback for volunteers
7. Handle interdepartmental photo requests timely
8. Routine maintenance of photography equipment
9. Any other duties or projects as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. A diploma in photography, journalism or mass communication
2. Knowledge of photography techniques and creativity
3. Good photo editing skills with software (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.)
4. Proficient command of both English and Chinese
5. Proactive team player with good interpersonal skills
6. Able to meet deadlines and work on weekends occasionally
7. Have an interest or passion in working for NGOs or SSAs

Essential Experience:
A minimum of 2 years working experience is required.
