We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Operation Assistant to join our team. As an Operation Assistant, he/she will be responsible for performing various tasks to support our organisation’s smooth operation. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment.

Job Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
2. Possess at least an existing valid Class 3 Singapore driving licence.
3. WSQ Statement of Attainment for Operate Scissor Lift is an advantage.
4. Proven experience as an Operation Assistant or similar role is a plus.
5. Physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks efficiently.
6. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
7. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
8. Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in maintenance or construction.
9. Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
10. Understanding of safety guidelines and ability to adhere to them.
11. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
12. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Description:

1. Assist in the execution of day-to-day operations as directed by supervisors or managers.
2. Perform manual tasks such as lifting, carrying, sorting, and organizing materials, tools, or equipment.
3. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in work areas.
4. Assist with basic maintenance and repair tasks, including painting, minor carpentry, or plumbing work.
5. Operate and maintain various tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
6. Assist with loading and unloading goods, ensuring proper handling and storage.
7. Follow established safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
8. Support other team members and collaborate on assigned projects or tasks.
9. Respond to requests or instructions promptly and communicate effectively with team members.
10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including attendance and punctuality requirements.
