Job Descriptions:

• Monitoring the Daily Collection and providing support and advice to our volunteers.
• Processing Fund Transfers, Walk, and Mail-in donations.
• Processing other non-donation related receipts.
• Processing donation related and non-donation related collections.
• Attending to queries from both volunteers and donors.
• Processing Daily Closing for Front Desk Collection.

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least O level certificate.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to communicate effectively.
• At least 3 years relevant working experience in a computerized environment.
• Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
