Job Description

The role is to interpret GAD, P&ID, fabrication drawing, wiring diagram and bill of material. Main knowledge and experience in running pipe and tube fitting, fabricating, and assembling components. Operating metalworking machinery such as cutting, drilling, grinding and simple milling. Knowledge Assembly & testing along with hydrotesting and air testing. Willing to learn and take on other manufacturing skill sets in the support of the business.

  • Able to interpret GAD, P&ID, fabrication drawing, wiring diagram and bill of material.
  • Main knowledge and experience in running pipe and tube fitting, fabricating, and assembling components.
  • Operating metalworking machinery such as cutting, drilling, grinding and simple milling.
  • Knowledge Assembly & testing along with hydrotesting and air testing.
  • Experience and knowledge in TIG welding.
  • Willing to learn and take on other manufacturing skill sets in the support of the business.
  • Perform daily 5S, Kaizen, QHSE requirement and any other duties assigned.
  • Primary role, complete tubing and fitting work in the given schedule plan as per engineering drawings, industrial standard and customer requirements.
  • Secondary role in support of the fitting work in the given schedule plan as per engineering drawings, industrial standard and customer requirements.
  • No safety incident and continuous process improvement.
Qualifications
  • Candidates possess Secondary education / NiTEC or equivalent.
  • Able to interpret GAD, P&ID, fabrication drawing, wiring diagram and bill of material.
  • Main knowledge and experience in running pipe and tube fitting, fabricating, and assembling components.
  • Operating metalworking machinery such as sawing, drilling, grinding and simple milling.
  • Knowledge Assembly & testing also hydrotesting and air leak testing.
  • Experience and knowledge in TIG welding.
  • Candidate may also be assigned to support customer site work related system servicing as required.
  • Willing to learn and take on other manufacturing skill sets.
  • Perform daily 5S, Kaizen, QHSE requirement and any other duties assigned.
  • Experience Forklift driving will be added advantage.
