Treasury Services Advisor - 1 Year contract

Job Title: Treasury Services Advisor

Duration: 12 Months, Opportunity for extension
Location: 50 COLLYER QUAY

Minimum Requirements:

  1. At least 2-3 years’ working experience in area of Client Services in the bank concentrating on delivery of treasury and cash management solutions for corporate/financial institutional clients.
  2. Excellent presentations, communication, time management, problem solving, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  3. A track record gained through operational experience within the payment, trade, or treasury environment.
  4. Experience in working in Asia/Global environment with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Good command of spoken English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assume day-to-day management of a portfolio of accounts by providing treasury and cash management solutions and cross-selling the Bank’s products and services to general sales/referrals.
  2. Harness the Bank’s varied resources and work with internal partners to deliver exceptional and proactive service to clients worldwide.
  3. Attend to client inquiries, requests, and complaints.
  4. Provide sales support to ensure delivery of Quality & Proactive Services to clients.
  5. Meet clients with Sales for business needs.
  6. Assist Sales to solicit additional business.
  7. Work with Sales on RFP in Pre-implementation stage.
  8. Act as primary escalation & accountability point for clients.
  9. Provide value-added proactive servicing activities.
  10. Conduct periodic service review/scorecard review with clients.
  11. Perform root cause analysis of defects.
  12. Ensure full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, credit, KYC, and AML policies and exercise appropriate delegated authority.
  13. Perform all duties as assigned by the Client Services Manager.
  14. Actively join in, support & implement local or regional projects as assigned by the Client Services Manager.
  15. Support migration projects related to mandate updates and outreach for expiring client IDs for the Fulfillment team.

Experience:

  1. Good knowledge of all bank systems, products, and web-based electronic banking platforms.
  2. A good understanding of in-country banking system, account, and liquidity structures/products.
  3. Good application software skills: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  4. Excellent rapport with client contacts at all levels and with internal partners at all levels.
  5. A proactive learner and self-starter seeking continuous improvement in all job-related aspects.
  6. Innovative and open-minded, maintaining a professional & positive attitude at all times.
  7. Able to work under pressure & challenges.
