Treasury Senior Manager /Director

This is an exciting opportunity with a rapidly growing Real Estate IT Services company. The team has newly created a Treasury Senior Manager/Director position to elevate the Treasury function and support ongoing financing and funding exercises.

The client is one of the fastest growing Real Estate IT Services Management companies that has made strategic acquisitions and investments, emerging as a market leader in global economic hubs across Asia and Europe. With their agile and multi-tenant business model, the team is looking for a Treasury Senior Manager/Director to scale the treasury function and support ongoing expansion plans.

Description

Reporting to the Group Corporate Treasurer, you will:

1. Be responsible for global treasury activities at group level, including APAC and Europe.
2. Lead the group's debt financing exercise to support ongoing growth plans, IPO, and investments.
3. Monitor interest rates, FX hedging requirements, and establish strong business partnerships with financial institutions to ensure effective and optimal long-term banking solutions.
4. Formulate funding and hedging strategies for the Group, ensuring effective liquidity planning.
5. Be a strong business partner to C-Suite and external bankers, monitor covenants of loans, and ensure compliance.
6. Work with brokers to evaluate and implement Group Insurance policies for its group of companies.

Profile

1. Degree qualified in Finance, Accountancy, Business, etc. with at least 10 years of working experience in the Treasury function.
2. Group/HQ level Treasury experience, executing business initiatives alongside senior management.
3. Strong business partner to build banking relationships with financial institutions and drive cross-functional collaboration in the organization.
4. Successful track record of debt and structured financing strategies with capital-intensive setups.
5. Experience working in real estate, infrastructure, and/or financial institutions.
