Treasury Senior Manager /Director

This is an exciting opportunity with a rapidly growing Real Estate IT Services company and the team has newly created a Treasury Senior Manager/Director position to elevate the Treasury function, support ongoing financing anf funding exercise.

The client is one of the fastest growing Real Estate IT Services Management company that has made strategic acquisitions and investments, emerging as a market leader in global economic hubs across Asia and Europe. With their agile and multi-tenant business model, the team is looking for a Treasury Senior Manager/Director to scale the treasury function, support ongoing expansion plans.

Description

Reporting to the Group Corporate Treasurer, you will:

• Be responsible for global treasury activities at group level, including APAC and Europe
• Lead the group's debt financing exercise to support ongoing growth plans, IPO and investments
• Monitor interest rates, FX hedging requirements, establish strong business partnership with financial institutions to ensure effective and optimal long term banking solutions
• Formulate funding and hedging strategies for the Group, ensure effective liquidity planning
• Strong business partner to C-Suite and external bankers, monitor covenants of loans and ensure compliance
• Work with brokers to evaluate and implement Group Insurance policies for its group of companies

Profile

• Degree qualified in Finance, Accountancy, Business etc. with at least 10 years of working experience in Treasury function
• Group/HQ level Treasury experience, execute business initiatives alongside senior management
• Strong business partner to build banking relationships with financial institutions, drive cross functional collaboration in the organisation
• Successful track record of debt and structured financing strategies with capital intensive set ups
• Experience working in real estate, infrastructure and/or financial institutions
