Treasury Operations (Settlements) - Senior Specialist | Bank

Description

1. Day-to-day processing of all Treasury products inclusive of trade verification, monitoring of confirmations, settlement of trades and investigations.
2. Ensure that trades are processed, confirmed and settled timely and accurately in accordance with the Bank’s policies and procedures.
3. Timely identification, escalation, and resolution of all trade issues with front office/counterparties to ensure timelines are met.
4. Implementation and support for new product launches.
5. Management of SWIFT Alliance System, including processing of SWIFT.
6. Preparation of Management/head office/MAS reports.
7. Management of issues related to Accounts Payables, including providing support for vendor payments and staff claims (non-payments related processes, mainly in Oracle).
8. Carry out other duties as and when assigned.

Requirements

1. Minimum a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant discipline.
2. Minimum 5 years’ related working experience within the Banking industry, particularly in Treasury Operations.
3. At least 1 process improvement either in efficiencies (time savings) and/or effectiveness (control).
4. Comply with the regulations and rules related to job duty with no major audit issues raised.
5. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirement and minimizing risk associated with manual reporting.
