Our client, a fast growing manufacturing company is seeking a Treasury Analyst/Manager to oversee cash flow, liquidity, banking, and financial risk, ensuring efficient capital allocation in a fast-growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and financial risks.
• Implement treasury strategies and cash forecasting models.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal controls.
• Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations.
• Support capital-raising and treasury system enhancements.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA/CFA a plus.
• 5-8 years in treasury, corporate finance, or banking, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of cash flow, financial instruments, and risk management.
• Experience in multi-currency transactions and treasury systems.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
