Job description

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of finance experience
  • 2+ years of Accounts Receivable or Account Payable experience
  • 2+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
  • Knowledge of standard software including Excel, Access, Oracle, Essbase, SQL and VBA skills
  • Experience using data to influence business decisions
  • Experience in corporate finance including budgeting/planning, forecasting and reporting
  • 2+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
  • Experience in TM1, Data Warehouse and SQL

As a Treasury Analyst, you'll be at the heart of Amazon's cash management activities and manage a wide range of Treasury operations. Your role will encompass enhancing cash forecasting by leveraging machine learning, driving data integrity across Treasury systems, and creating meaningful reporting that drives business decisions. You'll execute funding and investment decisions, manage intercompany and foreign exchange settlements, support trade finance operations, and manage execution of critical banking documentation.

The candidate must be able to communicate both written and verbal, complex Treasury concepts, in ways that are meaningful and useful to non-Treasury professionals. The candidate should also be familiar with treasury management systems, global liquidity management structures, cash forecasting models, trade finance products, global connectivity strategies, leading projects to achieve team goals.
