Transport Officer

THE PERSON:

• GCE O Level and above
• Class 3 and forklift license preferred
• Min 3 years’ experience in relevant field
• Analytical thinking
• Good communication
• Problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently

THE JOB:

• Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes for transport delivery/collection
• Collaborate with internal team and external parties to ensure that all transport operations run smoothly and efficiently
• Perform ongoing evaluation and review of transportation arrangements for constant improvement opportunities
• Analyze situations and determine the best course of action for transport arrangements, smooth operation, and optimize the storage and distribution of equipment
• Negotiate with external transporters to determine the most cost-effective way to transport equipment from one location to another
