Job Description

• Position Title: Transport Coordinator / Transport Executive
• Working Location: Jurong Island (Company Transportation Provided)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am – 5.45 pm
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Allowances + OT + Incentive + AWS + PB
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Report to the Assistant Transport Manager.
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring transport orders.
• Ensure transport orders meet safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Liaise closely with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors and customers.
• Serve as the primary contact between external hauliers and the company.
• Plan and allocate delivery and transport orders efficiently.
• Maintain key data sets for reporting and present findings to internal stakeholders.
• Conduct regular site observations in collaboration with hauliers.
• Perform audits on hauliers to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to plan and execute transport orders effectively.
• Monitor transport orders to ensure they meet the company’s KPIs.
• Identify and address operational and service level gaps.
• Undertake additional ad-hoc duties and projects as required.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum NITEC in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Transport, or any relevant field.
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience, including handling export, import, and general trucking order process flow.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI).
• Prior experience in using SAP.
