Job description

The role involves supporting the Claims Team by identifying and implementing operational improvements, system enhancements, and best practices. The incumbent will collaborate with various teams to drive efficiency, optimize workflows, and enhance service delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Investigating system issues
  2. Working with technical teams to find solutions
  3. Tracking open tickets
  4. Managing system updates
  5. Supporting QA processes
  6. Gathering user feedback
  7. Maintaining system data

The position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A minimum of 5 years of experience in health/shield claims and a Bachelor's Degree is required.
