Job Title: Training and Operational Excellence Intern

  • Location: EVolutive Facility (EVF) at 5 Tuas South Street 2, Singapore 639328

  • Eligibility: Credit bearing internship with 12 months duration preferably (6 months minimum)

  • Others: Company transport provision at designated MRT Station

Fully digitalized, our Evolutive Facilities (EVF) will enable more responsive and flexible manufacturing across multiple vaccine and biological platforms including mRNA, while minimizing our impact to the environment. Our EVFs will help improve people’s lives by giving them faster access to more treatments.

Main responsibilities:

Training - Instructional Design:

  • Needs analysis to scope training content and confirm training delivery modality
  • Apply instructional design principles in content creation for training materials, including assessments
  • Conduct validation of training materials with pilot learners to incorporate improvements

Operational Excellence - Sanofi Manufacturing System:

  • Support identification of performance & improvement initiatives on the shopfloor with operational team
  • Follow execution of performance plan at APU/function level
  • Deploy & update SMS standards according to needs of the operational teams

Other support (as needed):

  • Improvement initiatives related to the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Pilot testing of immersive technologies evaluation (AR/VR)
  • Preparation of training materials
  • Support digital project deployment
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor

About you:

  • Undergraduate for a technical degree (e.g. Engineering, Science)
  • Strong interest in designing training materials/education
  • Passionate in driving continuous improvement
  • Digital awareness but not any deep skills expected
  • Learning agility for acquiring new skills and knowledge
  • Good technical writing skills
  • Good PowerPoint design skills
  • Good team player
  • Good organizational skills
  • Highly motivated
  • Self-starter and proactive
  • Resourceful and innovative
