Training Executive, Aerospace

Responsibilities:

• Take responsibility for the security and safety of workshops, tools, equipment and any materials used within the workshop areas
• To ensure quality repairs for all tools and equipment
• Maintain, distribute and arrange the storage and repair of all materials components and specialist equipment in workshops
• Carrying out clear record keeping of all work done, parts used etc.
• To manage the stock control and ordering of parts / materials and equipment in a cost-effective manner
• To keep records and accountable for all tools and equipment
• Monitor and prepare training at workshops, availability of workstations, consumables, tools and equipment.
• Establish good co-ordination, smooth operational procedures and communication between Technical and Administrative Teams
• Keep records and accountable for all equipment, and special tools are well maintained.
• Follow-up on required outstanding parts and equipment
• Conduct weekly workplace safety inspection to ensure tidiness and organized parts/ equipment by the team.
• Ensure trainees are provided with the relevant and adequate PPE, tools, equipment, workstations to work.
• Recommend continuous areas of improvement
• Able to conduct and teach basic aircraft practical trainings

Requirements:

• Diploma in Aerospace/Mechanical/ Avionics Engineering
• Certification of Aviation Industry
• At least 3 years in aviation trade service / repair
• Proficiency in MS Office and in database software
• To cultivate good Work, Safety & Health environment at workshop.
• Adequate knowledge of learning management software
• Proven experience in designing multiple training methods and work models
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques
