Edit and enhance medical protocols and educational lecture content for clarity, accuracy, and relevance.
Ensure consistency and alignment of materials with AMS standards and medical guidelines.
Upload medical protocols to AMS portals, ensuring crew members can easily access them during critical situations.
Manage and update AMS education portals with medical topics for ongoing paramedic and medic training.
Design and create multiple-choice questions to evaluate crew comprehension and learning after each educational topic.
Monitor assessment outcomes and provide constructive feedback to improve training effectiveness.
Collaborate closely with the crew to deliver high-quality medical education and emergency care training.
Provide guidance and mentorship to crew members on medical procedures and protocols on the ground.
To be familiar with and actively involved in AMS daily operation activities in order to be able to fulfill the above roles as an educator, trainer and protocol developer.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Paramedic Science.
A master’s degree in a related field is an advantage.
Minimum of 3 years of clinical work experience in a hospital or prehospital setting.
Experience in training and development.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Ability to analyse data and evaluate training effectiveness.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Willingness to work overtime, including Sundays and public holidays.
