We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our company for this position:
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee training and development staff.
Assess employees' needs for ongoing training.
Align training with the organization's goals.
Create and manage training budgets.
Develop and implement training programs.
Review and select training materials from a variety of vendors.
Manage and develop key training staff in the execution of their training roles/duties.
Identify and adopt new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and training practices available in the market.
Work with Human Resources to ensure new employees receive high-quality orientation and onboarding experiences.
Any other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Possess at least a diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business, Training & Development or any other related field.
At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a training and development capacity, preferably working in a senior position in SMEs.
Prior experience in the F&B industry is a plus.
Must be proficient in the use of MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint, all necessary for the creation of visually and verbally engaging training materials and reports for senior training and development management and key stakeholders.
Possess analytical skills to identify performance improvement opportunities and gaps, conduct analyses, and develop solutions that will deliver the desired results through training programs.
Credentials and training in sustainability and ESG areas would be an advantage.
