Trade Support Executive (Soft Commodities / Central)

The role

• Coordinate with suppliers and buyers to send sales confirmations, generate sales contracts, and ensure timely signing of agreements.
• Oversee shipment planning, follow up on advance payments and receivables, and manage insurance and claim-related matters.
• Monitor buyer-side exposure and report risks, while coordinating with destinations to track stock positions in distribution markets.
• Facilitate warehouse agreements, manage sample movements, and ensure internal audit paperwork is complete and compliant.
• Liaise with destinations for pricing, supply, and demand information, and support the preparation of trade flow reports and monthly MIS for the Trader and Rice Head.
