Summary: Our client is seeking an experienced Trade Origination Director to lead their trade finance initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in trade finance and origination, particularly within large multinational corporations (MNCs). The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing trade origination strategies that drive growth and enhance our market position.

Roles:

1. Lead the trade origination team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the commodities market.
2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align trade finance strategies with overall business objectives.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to facilitate trade transactions.
4. Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to inform strategic decision-making and risk management.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement trade origination strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
2. Conduct market analysis to identify potential opportunities and risks within the commodities sector.
3. Oversee the preparation and presentation of trade finance proposals to clients and stakeholders.
4. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies throughout the origination process.
5. Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance in trade origination.

Job Requirements
