Job Description:

Position: Trade Operations Executive (Base Metals)

Industry: Commodity Trading

Location: OUE Downtown

Salary Range: S$5,000 to S$6,000

Responsibilities:

1. You will be handling shipments related activities (documentations, shipping instructions)
2. Handling of L/C related matters
3. Liaising with customers on invoices and payments related matters
4. Assisting Traders & Operations Manager in terms of demurrage, contracts matters and reports.
5. Month-end closing into SAP system

Requirements:

1. Min 2 - 3 years of experience in similar capacity within the commodity trading industry, preferably with bulk shipment experience
2. Proficient in L/C, laytime calculations
3. Knowledge in SAP will be preferred
4. Knowledge in entries to Accounting system
