Trade Operations Executive

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full lifecycle of environmental commodities contracts from closure to order fulfillment, ensuring accurate and timely execution
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the smooth execution of contracts and deliveries, maintaining high standards of communication and operational efficiency
• Manage the logistics of environmental commodities, including tracking deliveries and resolving any issues that arise during the process
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contracts, deliveries, and transactions, ensuring all documentation meets internal and regulatory standards
• Identify and mitigate potential risks in trade operations, including delays in deliveries, compliance issues, and logistical challenges
• Provide support in daily trade operations, addressing any urgent issues that arise and assisting in optimizing workflows for efficiency

Requirements:

• Diploma in trade operations, supply chain management, or logistics, preferably within industries like energy, manufacturing, or commodities trading
• 1-3 years of experience in trade operations, logistics, or supply chain management
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Intermediate/advance proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage documentation and deadlines
• Problem-solving abilities to address logistical challenges
